Hi guys
I am a 25 year old woman. I have been going to the gym for about 3 months now and i have decreased my weight from 278 to 248 pounds but I seem to have stalled on my weight loss and I can't seem to get it going again. I think I am eating too few calories but I am getting very conflicting information on the internet as to how many I should be eating. Some sites say I should be eating up to 2800 calories and others say I should be eating only 1500 calories. I do admit that I do have not had great eating habits in the past. I would often eat only once a day but I have been working hard on eating more food on a regular schedule. Most days I eat about 1200-1500 calories but sometimes I eat less. I am excercising 5-6 days a week. I do an hour of cardio and about 20 minutes of weight training. I am also changing the type of intensity of my work outs to avoid plateau. Anyway thanks for listening and any advice would be greatly appreciated. Have a great day. Sheena
