Calogel, Anyone use this?

Seems like a great idea for those of us who dont like or cant exercise.

Take a look and lemme know what you think?

um.. it looks like BS.

No, products like Calogel do work, but like all other thermogenics, they can only *help* you lose weight -- without good nutrition and activity, you'll hardly notice any difference (though there will be one).

Calogel is overpriced though. Amino sculpt is cheaper and better regarded - and works in the exact same way.

It's a shame about those who can't exercise, and I know a few people who are severely limited by what they physically can and can't do. But to not exercise because you "don't like" it is just plain retarded. Get up off your ass and get serious about your health.

I agree with you about getting up off my ass, but dude, its so freakin hard. I work a job thats killer manual labor, and when I get home, I am so burned out. I know I should try and start up someday, but you have no idea how hard it is.

if you already bust your but @ work, that can be considered exercise. then all you would have to do is eat right.

what mreik said is very true. i worked doing concrete a couple summers ago...man, hauling 90lb bags aroung all day, and hand mixing concrete is one helluva workout!

It is a work out. I also in the last 2 weeks have been able to cut back on eatting. Not cut out the bad stuff, but cut out eatting like mad. What I used to do was eat till I was killer full, like it was thanksgiving all the time. Now, I only eat till Im no longer hungry. So now, I have to do the hardest part, cut out the bad food. I eat at places like Outback Steakhouse, OliveGarden, Unos, Mangias and many others, and if Im not eatting out, I take home from places like TacoBell, KFC, Wendeys, BK and many others. I did cut out the heavy hitters, like Mcdonalds and BK and Wendeys, those I know I killer heavy. But I still do the taco salads from Taco bell, and the chicken from KFC. I also eat a lot of subs from Subway. I drink 1% milk now. I went from whole last summer to that 1% that I drink now. Its not hard if you do it slow, you wont know the diff. Well, enough of me blabing. Im doing as much as I can, but MAN is it HARD and SLOW. I think fighting in a war on the front line would be easrier sometimes.

Seriously. Change your diet, and eat 6-7 smaller meals a day. You'll start shedding fat without changing any other aspects. you'll also have more energy, as lots of small meals keep the metabolism up...much like constantly stoking a fire with small branches makes it burn hotter than tossing a giant log on it...which sometimes smothers the fire out.
