caleries lost at gym

can anyone tell me what happens to the caleries lost at the gym when they are more than ur intake for the morning?
say i eat 200 cals for breakfast, then burn off 400 cals at the gym. i really dont want to eat more for breakfast if thats the case but i`d like to know the facts. thanks
 
You lose weight.
 
Treat any calories you burn at the gym as a 'bonus'- remember you're going to be burning 2000+ (give or take) a day naturally anyway, so you might also want to account for that by eating a little more on the days you do go to the gym- I know that might seem counterproductive but it gives you more energy and helps.
