i was just shocked to see there is 288cals in 100g portion in the bread i use, its a brown seeded loath so i thought i was ok but 100g`s seems like the weight of one slice leaving my samwich with over 700cals in it. have i worked this out right is the weight of a slice of bread 100g? also what could i have to supliment bread? i seem to be losein weight at a steady rate to everyone else on here.
