RedBull has things which are counterproductive to your goals. -( carbonated water and sugar).

So not only does this contain carbonation, but you also have nutrasweet.
If you must have caffeine, you should at least do plain coffee or tea.
Lots of people may argue that just carbonated water is no big deal, but they ignore the gastric incidences that carbonation produces: IE- Swelling and bloating which in turn causes pressure on internal organs, which in turn puts them in a "stressed" state and cause lack of proper functionality.
Of course, you also have the fact that if you are working your stomach region, bloating behined the muscles by carbonation doesn't help when you are trying to TIGHTEN the muscles by working out.
