Ok so I had my c section in on November 4th 2006 and since then I had another pregnancy (had a vbac whoohoo!!!) and I am now on a weightlose journey and I am trying to find out what exercise I can do to get rid of that c section pouch. Every single time I see that damn pouch I feel so angry and sad because had I had a better DR I could have had the natural delivery I wanted. To get back to the subject, for those of you who have successfully lost that pouch what exercise and at what frenquency did you do them.
