Ok after disappearing for a bit too long i am back and tryign to get going again so i am gonna type here to keep track of myself and try to stay motivated.

Today i started back on the herbalife plan and started taking the reductil pills prescribed by my doctor. (used to take 10mg and no difference, 15mg)

Breakfast - Herbalife Shake.
Lunch - Herbalife Shake
Dinner - Half steamed potato, cabbage, two slices of meat.
Drink - 2 pints herbal tea - 9 pints of water.

25 mins threadmill
10 mins exercise bike
30 mins weight training.
