i am just starting out and i need some butt excercises. current weight is 251 and my knees are not so good because of it i try the lunges and squats and i kill my knees any other suggestions?
I lay on my back with my knees bent, then lift my butt off the floor so my feet and shoulders and head are still on the floor. It's kind of like a bridge. Keep your back straight, not arched. If I do 10 to 15 of them I can feel it in my butt and hamstrings. Give it a try! Good for you for exercising!! I need to do these, too.
