It's awfully hot this summer where I live.
I hate working out now because of the heat and how it makes me drenched with sweat TWICE as fast and TWICE as much... not to mention that I don't have air conditioning, nor a fan that will blow out cool air, nor access to a nice cool indoor gym. >_< So with no escape from the heat, how am I going to keep up with exercise that is now oh-so uncomfortable?
Oh, and I'm also wondering if just walking a bunch every day with some calisthenics/Pilates thrown in would make a good enough work out. I'm not really looking for, eh, "organized" exercise that's all planned out. I was hoping to make a part of my everyday life.
So at 5'6.5, eating just enough every day so I'm comfortable, would you think it'd be effective at losing body fat? (Really, I'm doubtful because I've lost a lot of pounds already at 2 pounds/week and only a few inches off my body)
