I just spent some time perusing all your posts and I think one very important value is being missed by many. The human body is a fascinating machine. What it does every second cannot be matched by even the most sophisticated computers. Every second the body performs over a 1,000 daunting tasks without the host being bothered or notified that these tasks were performed. Every couple of seconds the human body fights off cancer. So when it comes to weight loss, the human body is capable of eliminating or minimizing the presence of fat in the host. So the real question is how do we get the body to recognize the excess fat and use it up?

As of date, there are two studies that have shown significant weight loss results by triggering or tricking the body into burning fat .Remember, burning fat is something every human body is capable of doing on its own. Raising a metabolism is ridiculous- short term with horrid long term results. Eating right does help but is not the key to unlocking the body’s normal functions.

So to all, DON’T ever get distraught or sad. The answer to your weight issues is sitting right inside you.

If this is the conclusion you came to, then you need to spend more time perusing. Most of the people on here who give advice talk about healthy methods of burning fat, not relying on fads or pills.

Other than that, I'm not really sure what you're talking about. ;)
 
That's great and all, but all you really did in this post is tell everyone that they are doing it wrong without giving any information at all besides "there is a secret that I'm not sharing, don't be sad."
 
Most people on our forum dont use pills and dont follow specific diets. Most often they eat a reduced calorie diet and add exercise and it generally works very well. Sometimes that does not work, and that's where you might be of assistance. If you have any info to add when one is restricting calories and exercising, but still not losing fat, that would be really helpful.
