I decided to find some support for losing weight without having to pay a lot of money. I'm only 18, and need all the money i earn for bills. I'm 5'7" and weight 200 lbs. I used to weigh 145, and then stabled off at 150. i still needed to lose a few more lbs, but felt comfortable. Over the past year i gained 50 pounds because i all of a sudden lost all self control.Now i need to keep to something... anything...but i dont know what. Could someone out there suggest a dieting method for someone who cant afford special meals? Maybe suggest some exercises that work well? I just bought an Ab Chair, which should be coming in the next few days. I need to know if I should start walking, or devote a half hour per day to certain exercises, or anything. i joined for support because i can't do this by myself and i know people here can help me.
