Recently I put a post up and was advised to up my calories before starting on my weight loss journey, just wondered of any little inbetween meal snacks I could try.
And also, I figured eating say for example 2 apples inbetween breakfast and dinner, just little things like this, would help me build my calories in a good way?
Sorry for the probably beginner questions, but everyone has to start somewhere!
