Bulking, food, and calorie intake

Well, I've been bulking for the past 3-4 weeks, and have gained 10 pounds. I kind of chilled out on eating so much for awhile and leveled off at this 10 pound gain. I'm starting to eat a crapload again and I'm getting at least 180g of protein per day. My starting weight was 165 lbs, and now I'm up to 175. My goal is to get up to 185-190lbs by August, and then cut for 3 weeks. I don't have any trouble getting all of my protein in. However, I'm finding it tough to figure out what to eat. I'm trying to get in around 4000 calories a day but anything I eat that has a lot of calories, is usually rich in a lot of fats. Are there any things to eat that would be high in calories but lower in fat that you guys could recommend? Also, could you guys suggest some websites as well that would help me get a better diet. I find myself getting meals at MacDonalds to help me stack on another 1000 calories and 30-35g of protein, but I know that's not the right way to go about it. Thanks for all of your help!

il try to help: heres some food average on cals with lower fat and HIGH protein:

chicken breast; you can add some bbq sauce if u want to up cals
any fish; has extremely low fat
lunchmeat; get some ham or turkey breast
eggs whole; the yolk adds the fat but also the amino acids
90-10 ground beef
cottage cheese; mix w/yogurt and wheat germ : )
cheese;part skim cheese; cheese has some good fats
soynuts, peanuts; get at walmart
milk; drink a lot
beans; high carb, low fat, good protein
brown rice; high carb; not much protein; low fat(eat w/chicken)

theres tons of other foods out there just get creative.

if you'r in a hurry or at an inconvenience agian; i recommend going to subway and getting any sub and ask for extra meat(will cost more). I looked it up
this is the order of the numbers: CALS, FAT CALS, %CALS FROM FAT, TOTAL FAT, SATURATED FAT, CHOLESTEROL, SODIUM, PROTEIN, FIBER, CARBS

so protein on the first example would be 86, it would have 136 carbs and 980 cals

Adumb, if you could post up what your usual diet is it would help. I have a link somewhere that LV puts up about bulking diets, I'll try to find it in a second.

I would stay away from any types of fast food completely.

It's hard to get in enough calories, I definitely know what you mean, it may help to start making shakes at least once a day. You can easily pack in between 500 and 1,000 good calories with a good shake/smoothie, depends o what you use obviously.

I have maybe 3-4 protein shakes a day. That's about 75-100g of protein and about 900 calories if I mix it with milk. I get the other amounts of protein just through the food I eat. My diet definitely varies. I usually eat a lot of fast food, like double quarter pounders from MacDonalds. I get hotdogs a lot from the store. Lots of tv dinners, and that's about it. Basically junk. I try to get things with plenty of protein, but it seems that whatever I get has a lot of fat in it too.

I can almost guarantee you that you are putting on too much fat. Even if youre bulking, you still have to eat well. Fast food of any type won't give you any results, tv dinners won't help much either.

You should really start tracking what you are eating pretty closely, stay away from all fast foods, learn to cook healthier for yourself, and go for a clean(er) bulk.
