Bula I am from Fiji.
Why am I here, well I am getting a little past my prime and rember the glory days of gym work, 10km road runs and 8 pack abs.
Now I am married, have shot up to 110kg and just had my gall bladder removed and am looking for a place to just chill and discover as many fat free things as I can. The surgery woke me up to the fact that I am killing myself slowly being oiverweight.
I also came here to encourage others to get off there butts and work.
