The person up a few posts had the right idea. I would love to have a weight
loss buddy, to help keep us focused on our goals. More buddies the better
I set a goal of loosing 10-15 LBS by March 31st. I would love to have someone, with similar goals.
I was thinking we could:
-set a goal so we know where were heading.
-post what we have eaten that day, seeing as people who do this, loose more than people who don't.
-keep track of our exercise (even if it's just a little bit, everything counts)
-talk about the slip ups. If you admit you have messed up, by going for that giant chocolate chip cookie, instead of a piece of toast for breakfast, I feel you might be more inclined to make better choices when the choice comes around again.
