Buddy anyone?

Hi all!

Well I fell off the wagon again :( Thankfully I don't seem to have gained any scary amounts of weight since falling, a couple of pounds is all. But it was getting bad. Lots of pizza and Ben&Jerrys! (Drool!!)

I normally focused on diet and lots and lots of exercise, but thats having to change now. Working full time, learning piano, learning violin and starting a music degree, I don't have enough time for masses of exercise, though I will still be using the exercise bike, and hopefully walking every day.

Anyway, I am rambling! I always do better losing weight when I have someone to lose weight with. Is anyone interested in sort of buddying up, you know emailing and stuff with progress and successes and stuff like like...a little friendly competition maybe :)

Anyway, just a thought :) Well done to everyone doing well, I hope to join you soon :D

Just keep going. You only fail when you give up. I lost 130 pounds but I swear it was at least 150 from all the agonizing pounds that crept back when I wasn't looking. Pounds are tought that way, and mostly it's the attitude of all-or-nothing-I-had-the-pizza-might-as-well-wash-it-down-with-beer-&-ben&jerry's, right? But just because you can't resist the Pizza doesn't mean you have to have the other stuff too. Just enjoy your pizza every once in a while, and Ben & Jerry's too. As long as it's not every day you'll do fine.
