So there is a "chocolate cake brownie"
recipe on the back of the splenda box I have,
I tweaked it a bit to add more protien and less flour!!

1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup vanillaORchocolate whey protien powder (about 1 scoop)
2/3 cup splenda
1/3 cup frys cocoa powder (i put a bit more for extra chocolatly goodness)
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup margerine
2 eggs (i use 1 egg & 1 egg white)
1 tsp real vanilla (not that artificial junk)
1/3 cup appl e sauce (IMPORTANT..makes them moist :drool5: )
1/3 cup chopped nuts

combine splenda, flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in a bowl, set aside.
In another bowl, beat margerine (with hand whisk...burning calories!! lol)
and vanilla for 1 minute. Add apple sauce and beat until blended.
Spread evanly over a greased (or parchment lines) 8-ince baking pan.
Bake at 350* for 15 minutes, or until insrted tooth pick is clean!!
ENJOY soo yummy

next time you make it -try substituting strained prunes (it sounds gross, but with the chocolate baae you can't taste it - and it gives you an extra fiber kick and it's far moister than applesauce.. Apple sauce works as a fat substitute in lighter cake mixes... :D

A smushed banana also works fantastically well in brownies (in place of the apple sauce, or even to substitute for one of the eggs).
