hi guys,
i have a question regarding brown rice if someone can help me out here. I am wandering is it OK to eat brown rice with grilled chicken and some black beans everyday as a lunch if my goal is fat loss. I personally thought this would be a great combination and it also tastes good so just wandering if i am on the right track.
