broken clavicle

hey guys first time posting. i broke my clavicle about 2 years ago and im just starting to get into body building again i always worked out but never this serious before, my right collar (broken) my pec and shoulder are weaker on that side ive done isolation excersies,i relize its hard to help with otu actually knowing the exact problem but my shoulder gives out and my pec is weaker in some muscles but not others any tips or ideas on how to even it out ?
 
The easiest solution is to work out with dumbbells so you stronger side can't over compensate. Even if you use a barbell, your week side will eventually catch up.
