Broke my plateau!! Yippeee

So I have lost 42 so far, I had previously lost 92pounds 5 years ago, so I know what I am doing. But I was working my butt off at the gym the last few weeks, to no avail. So I decided to just use the elliptical for 30 instead of 50, do some various weights, walk on the treadmill for one mile at 4 mph, do some weights/crunches, then do the butt blaster (you know how that can get intense!!) then do a couple more leg exercises. Basically breaking up the cardio/keeping my heart rate up between exercises and cardio. I also walk 3-4 miles a few days a week!

Anyway I have lost 8 pounds:hurray: the last two weeks, and am back on track.

Not to mention I have gone hard core back on weight watchers, it really does make keeping portions in check easier. I am just so super pumped right now I could sing!!!

Way to go! Isn't it such a good feeling to just plough through the tough times, and see the results at the end?

I'm on a bit of a plateau myself, and I'm determined not to give up. You just inspired me to keep working!

Thanks!

And congrats again!

Thanks!! You can do it!!

I read so many people say they lost 40 pounds and bam, it slowed down. It's easy not to vary from a routine that has helped so much, but sometimes you have to reevaluate it and change things up. It's a little hard chopping my elliptical time so much, I really love it, but I guess it's for the best.. :(.. LOL

LOL.. couldn't feel more Ant-tastic.. lmao... but really yes it feels great, and to have support means a lot!!
