Breathing trouble during rapid weight loss

Hi,

I started a weight loss program a month ago consisting of 1 hour of cardio 4 mornings a week and only raw food.

I lost masses of weight - 10kg (22lb) in 21 days. But then one day after exercising I found I was having some difficulty breathing. No pain, no constriction, just the feeling of not getting enough air and having to take a big sighing or yawning breath every 5-10 minutes.

I went to the doctor and I explained, got x-rays and oxygen tests and they said everything was fine and that I was over-breathing. But I'm not. I feel a genuine need for more air. Now it's 10 days later and nothing has improved.

I stopped the weight loss temporarily because I was afraid it was something I was doing and didn't want it to worsen.

Another thing I noticed was that my breathing had become much quieter and relaxed in-between those big breaths. Also, I noticed that the area around my stomach seems to be quite difficult to hold in place. It always feels like my belly is pushing in on my abdomen - something I didn't feel before when I was 10kg heavier.

Is it possible that I have weakened my abdominal muscles from the morning exercise on an empty stomach and that I was partially breaking down my abdominal muscles in the course of losing weight?

I would really appreciate some advice about how to turn it around?

I would tr to get a second opinion if you can this seems odd as i would think loosing weight would improve breathing whats your diet like seems like 7.33lbs a week is really high.. i cant say much thow i been loosing 5 and 6 lbs in the last 2 weeks but im eating 2000-2300 cals a day what do you weigh now? are you a ex smoker?
