hi everyone i am new to this, 6 months ago i quit smoking and gt breast augmentation, with all these changes to my body despite working out and watching what i eat i put on 20 1bs. more working out just turned most of the fat to muscle making me feel even bulkier and uncomfortable in my own skin,and the depressing part is as dynamic of a personality i have my job depends highly on my appearance:( Finally i discovered this new juicing diet, i juice vegetables and fruit for two meals a day and eat a healthy well balanced meal for my last meal, benefits are i feel great my skin is glowin in 1 week i lost 61bs, this is the lowest i have been in 6 months, but i really need support trying to lose the last 81bs, my fiance eats everything and doesnt gain an ounce, and recently in the process of trying to find a new job really want to have more self confidence, when im bored i crave sweets:(:
 
You only have 8lbs to go! Change your diet around a little and buy some hard candy or bubble gum and have a couple pieces a day or you can buy sugar free. Just don't eat the whole bag you will gained the 12lbs back. Look on the brighter side, you can always get a little more sugar from your fiance:rotflmao:

AT Walmarts and Food City stores, in the ice cream section they have Sweet Freedom fudge bars. On WW's points I can have two a day for 1 point (35 calories a bar).
