Breaking up exercise?

is 20 minutes jogging in the morning and 20 minutes at night still as good as 40 minutes all together in the morning?


I find I cant run for more than 20 minutes at the time, but am I still burning as much fat?
 
Calories burned and time spent exercising is accumulative. This basically means that by the end of the day, all that you have done counts! If you workout for 10 in the morning, 15 in the afternoon and 15 in the evening well that's 40 minutes for the entire day.
