breakfast

Ok I need some breakfast ideas and reading through these post I see a few good ones I am going to try. But what is everyones favorite breakfast that DOES NOT inlcude oatmeal? lol
I know oat meal is very healthy but no matter how I fix it or what flavor it comes in or anything else I just can't stomach it. It gags me and makes me sick everytime even after trying to force 8 differant types down I just can't do it.
Thanks for any advice and suggestions you can give me, I really appreciate them.

i usually do an omelette. 8 egg whites, 5oz of chopped chicken/turkey deli meat, 30g of skim cheese. breakdown w/turkey:

cal:---327
fat:---3g
car:---4g
pro:---64g

sometimes i have a couple rice cakes with tomato sauce if the above doesn't fill me up. and i always drink some coffee with skim milk too.

Just because it's breakfast does not mean you have to have a breakfast classified food. I usually have egg whites and a cup of mixed veggies, or a salad with chicken breast in it.
