Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

What percent of my calories should be

Breakfast?

Lunch?

Dinner?

Snacks?

I heard that it should be 30% breakfast, 30% lunch, 25% dinner and 15% snacks.

???
 
up to you - and when you feel you need to eat..

it's total calorie count for the day that is the big factor -not so much when you eat them.

Just make sure you're getting enough calories.

For me:
Breakfast and Lunch tend to be 400 calories each
3 snacks at 200 - 250 calorieseach
and dinner is usally around 600 - 700 calories

for about 2200 -2300 calories for the day (ish)
