Breakfast/lunch/dinner/snack suggestions

A few snacks I'm trying out are McDonald's yoghurt parfait with granola (160 calories) and their low-fat ice cream cone (150 calories). Since I really don't drink milk plain they seem pretty healthy, may be wrong though, but the cone is great as a low calorie snack every couple of days and you get that "going out thing" some people want/need only for 150 calories.
 
I also found this bread while searching my supermarket by Calandra's or some company around that name...big hoagie bread for only 90 calories! I was suspicious but I checked their site and they seem pretty credible:

100% whole wheat bread (shouldn't say bleached, enriched, unbleached...blah blah blah...check that number of calories is decent for serving size of one slice)
plain sweet potatoes
wheat thins or triscuits
pickles
olives
dark chocolate if must
homemade tacos
