Breakfast foods

Hi there!

I usually eat 2 weetbix with skim milk and a banana for breakfast but find an hour or so later I'm hungry again! WHat do you eat for breakfast that keeps you full until morning tea/lunch time??
 
Porridge (oatmeal) and a banana is the only breakfast I've had that has kept me full to lunch time.

That's not to say that's what I always eat that though, if I do have something else and end up getting hungry I just have a healthy carb+protein snack (say apple and a tbsp of peanut butter).
 
I usually have a whole wheat flour tortilla with two scrambled egg whites, one slice of diced lean turkey with salsa and hot sauce. I drink ice water with it (or green tea) and take a multivitamin. It usually keeps me satisfied until lunch. A snack before lunch might be nonfat yogurt w/ blueberries. (I like Chobani greek yogurt)
 
I second the oatmeal. I also find that a peanut butter sandwich keeps me full, my guess is that it's the protein.
 
Not usually a breakfast person, but if I am feeling hungry when I wake up, I usually have a cup of dry fiber one cereal, with a cup of ice water and a coffee. The fiber keeps me properly sated until lunch. I don't know that they have my cereal outside of the states, but any protein/fiber rich food will do - just make sure the sugar is low.
