my name is daniel, and i have decided to improve my health by working out and hopefully getting buff!

i have started benching about 2 months ago, and i can already tell a difference in my chest area..

as far as the rest of my body... not too much.. i can tell a difference in my strength.. but i still look the same..

im starting to take weight gaining supplements. I quit creatine, and started this stuff called wheyperbolic extreme 60

so i look forward to getting, and giving advice to you guys! :D

Changes take time, its only been a couple of months. Give your bodily machine time to biologically adapt further.

I take it your fitness purpose is to gain weight. What is this: whey perbolic extreme 60, to save me having to look it up?

Additionally, what have you done or currently doing with Calories and Macro nutrients?
