Hello.. I'm new here and wish to loose weight.. Obviously since I'm here.. I really don't know where to start.. I've never tried to loose it before.. I have quite a bit to loose..

I guess I've just hit rock bottom.. there's no place to go but up from here.. Anyone have any advice on where and how to start?
 
Start with a food diary. By recording (honestly) what you eat for a week, you can look back and see what changes can be made to reduce you calorie intake.
 
Yes that's a good idea..

If I'm honest though. I am a bit depressed and one of the symptoms that I'm struggling with is no appetite.. I guess that will help with loosing weight but not eating is not the way to loose the weight.. But a food journal is a good idea.. thanks.. :)
