BowFlex questions

I'm 16, 130 pounds. I own a BowFlex Xtreme 2. My problem is, is well it doesn't "work" for me. I follow the intructions perfectly, I max out the Power Rods to my lifting capacity, full body workout, ect. Yet I never feel like I get a good workout. I used it every day, sometimes twice a day.... BECAUSE it doesn't work (atleast for me). I did this for around 3 months EVERY DAY.

My only use for the BowFlex is weight gain. I remember using free weights when I was 12, I got such a good workout from them that I used to be able to only do it twice a week.

It's been around 7 months since I used my BowFlex.... should I get rid of it and get regular weights for weight gain?
 
its very possible. alot of ppl just cant get the "feel" of machines, including me. i tried a cheap type of soloflex years ago and i just could not get into it.

if you cant get into it after 7 months, go for some free weights. :)
 
My problem is when I work out, it feels alright...I'll get tired and my muscles will get pumped, but the next day, I don't feel like I've worked out at all. I've read the "soreness and working out" thread, but I just can't seem to accept the fact that I am working out and not even feeling it the next day...anyone else like this? Any input would be appreciated, as I'm still on warantee...
