i have no problem with the mornin meals, but after the workout, im begining 2 get sick of the same old meals, are there any low fat deserts or anythin i could add, any suggestions? thanks

Low Fat Dessert = Chocolate protein shake :D

they way i've curbed my dessert cravings in the past is to take ONE teaspoonful of ice cream... you'll want more... but won't be DYING for something sweet anymore.

once in a while i'll make some mocha ricotta creme (south beach diet recipe) that i like, little high on fat but for what it tastes like its okay once in a while

1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1/2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package sugar substitute
1 dash espresso powder
5 mini chocolate chips

1. Mix together the ricotta, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and sugar substitute in a dessert bowl.
2. Serve chilled with a dusting of espresso powder and sprinkle with the mini chocolate chips.

The last 2 meals are easy, because there's about 100 ways to do it! Last night, for example, I marinated my chicken in soy sauce, garlic, chilli paste and lime juice before cooking it - then stir fried with veges. Or you could use balsamic vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice and rosemary. Or paprika, chilli powder and a tiny bit of cayene pepper - that's cajun spice! Or make a curry with tomato puree and some indian spices - cumin, paprika, nutmeg, bay leaf, etc.

Try putting some cinnamon in your oatmeal for a different taste too. All of these suggestions have added almost nothing to the caloric value of your meals, too.

i just had some soya spagetti and low fat cheese.... i put some tikka source with it... it tasted good, the tikka source was like 5g fat, 0.5 sat fat every 20g, i might have had like 40g tho, thatd b ok wudnt it?
