Hello!! Just found out this site! My name is Celine and I can't wait to hear from you guys and learn from your advice!
My goals:
Get lean and bulk up!
I am 5'6 and 126...trying to shed that layer of fat is harder than I thought!
I workout 4 to 6 times a week. I pretty much do lower body one day, upper body the next, then a cardio day, take a day off, repeat. I workout roughly 60 to 90 minutes each time.
I think I am going to start taking a spin class again every Saturday...if my back lets me!
I try to eat clean but I do have a major sweet tooth ( chocolate and ice cream...).
