The thing is rated to handle 1000lbs, though I doubt I'll ever put that much weight on it.
The back declines at about 22 degrees or so, lays flat and has 4 positions of incline to include straight up.
The seat also has seven positions, though I may never sue them all.
The leg hold raises and lowers, for several positions also.
The whole thing has nice thick padding on all the contact points for the body.
It has a pretty decent width, so I don't think I'll ever have to worry about it tipping when doing decline bench Russian twists.
It's rated commercially, with a lifetime warranty, available to the home enthusiast and I expect to have this thing for the rest of my life.
Free shipping from Fitness Factory. It's 100 lbs and about 5ft 7in long.
I'd give it a big thumbs up.
NOTE: you better be good at spatial relations and blueprints to put it together.
When I get this together, I'll review it.
