Haven't read it, but Connelly is no slouch, so it's probably pretty good stuff!
Like stingo, I just finished New Rules. Very very good. A lot of common sense stuff we all ought to know and follow (like what works great for me may do nothing for you, so instead of getting discouraged, shake up your plan, tailor it to you, and go for it!)
The emphasis on Full Body Workouts is really a drastic change from most lifting manuals, but once you start doing FBW's, you'll be sold!
