hm.. when I started a diet like one year ago I lost my period for quite long time. I thought that this was the reason, so it really is right? (I've lost like 15 kilos in less than 6 months)
I have the "Accu-Measure Fitness 2000 body fat calipers" and according to the chart that comes with it 32% for a 26-30 year old women is just above average body fat percentage.
I wonder if they are considering "average" to be the average american female... Because, 60+% of Americans are overweight! That means the average BF is too high!

America has the prestige statistic has the fattest country in the world LOL What was that movie?? The one were buddy eat mcdonalds for a month of something? That was insane how fast his body changed.
Ya that guy who made that movie just came out with a reality tv show that aired last night i think? I didnt get to see it but saw the commercial ... where him and his wife try to live off minimum wage for a month, etc ... and then later they're gonna live in a muslim country or something like that ...
Ocean-
Rip is right. I have a scale that tells your weight and body fat % and when I get on it, it says my body fat is 30%, but at my gym with the high tech actually accuarte tester they use my bf is 21%. Something about the scales and how you stand, I don't know for sure. But the standard at home two-in-one scales are not correct.
