My weight right now is 231. I'm 5'11. Female. Body fat % is 37.9. I, at one time, weighed 150 and looked pretty good if I do say so myself. I'm 29, if that makes any difference.
At my current weight with that body fat%, I have roughly 88 lbs of fat. Is it reasonable for me to have a goal loss of 81 more lbs? If all loss is fat, that would put me at some crazy body fat % of .05.
At my height, I can range from 133 to 178 on the bmi chart. I have a medium frame.
I know I will lose some lean mass through dieting, but I'm trying to limit that by using weights 2 times per week.
