Body Fat % advice

I'm 6' 3" and around 186lbs, I jog 1 - 2 miles almost every day after work. What else do I need to do to lower my BF %? I've drastically changed my diet - no more crisps, chocolate etc.

I only started 2 weeks ago - I'm not expecting anything fast, I just want to make sure I start out right and then continue. I've been eating mainly pasta for my lunch and chicken / pork / beef with brown rice and roasted vegetables for my dinner when I get in from work. (It's not possible for me to have 6 meals through out the day due to work). My BF % is around 15 I think, I'd like to get it down to 9 / 10. Any advice / tips on how I can achieve this would really be apprciated:) Thanks, Michael

I eat 3 square meals a day, I know this isn't the best way (or even the right way) but I can't do anything else. On weekends I usually have 4 or 5 smaller meals. For example, I'm on my lunch at work now and I'm having a can of soup. For breakfast I had weetabix with semi-skimmed milk and for dinner before my run I'll be having pasta. I snack on nuts / raisins between meals.

I would hardly call a can of soup a "square meal". If you can only eat 3 meals a day make sure they have nutritional value (protein, carb, fat). Snacking is good- nuts, baby carrots, fruit etc..

The reason I ask- if you are increasing your activity level you're going to need to increase your food intake which will speed up your resting metabolism (which accounts for 60-80% of all calories burned).
