I had tried a few of them out there. This southern cooking and late nights padded on 50 pounds from when I moved from VA to Atlanta in a year's time. But I think, like many people may, that simply trying a program and not exercising is enough to lose weight fast. Getting into the gym was rough to start, but once I started, I enjoyed it and it was easier to go. I did my research and found a few weight programs that helped. The combo of this challenge and a good work out program helped me lose those extra 50 pounds but gain muscle weight also. I definitely encourage everyone to find a program that works for them, but don't forget that a key ingredient to success is going to be some sort of activity as well as a change in diet (which was soooooo hard for me). Has this worked for anyone else? Or are there others that some of you have tried and enjoyed or had success with?
