Body absorbs 5lb of make-up chemicals a year

lol 5 pounds? how would it get that high? The mascara, powder, lip gloss, eyeshadow each weigh only a few grams, and it's very hard to use up an entire package of anything in one year other than powder. I usually end up throwing away half used products cause they're old. Even with moisturizer and soap, it doesn't quite make sense.
What kind of drag queens did they use for this research?
