Hi. I just got DEXA body fat percentage analysis done and found out that I am 33.5% fat. However, my BMI is 21.1 (I'm 5'6" and 131 lbs). What is a reasonable weight loss goal? (The computer printout from the analysis suggested 107.5 lbs/20% fat as a goal weight but then my BMI would be 17.3, which isn't healthy.)
I am so frustrated... I work out for an hour five times a week, try to eat healthy, etc. and I am still technically too fat!!!! Auughh!!
