BMI doesn't help :/

Hey,:waving: i'm a 13 year old female student. :cool: (Gonna be 14 in 3 weeks) and I really need extra motivation to lose weight. I've definitely changed a lot from a year ago when I weighed 190 pounds. It all started when my dad basically made me go to a gym and paid for me to have a personal trainer. My height is about 5"3 and I currently weigh 174 pounds. I'm really confused about my weight because i've seen pictures of other people who are about the same height and weight as me but look much bigger. I think it's partly due to the fact that i'm putting on muscle . Anyways, I know there's still weight to be lost. I'm setting my target at 132 pounds. My BMI is 30.8 which is classified as obese. I know i'm overweight, but i'm definitely not obese. Could it be due to muscle mass again?:confused: I'm quite fit and I play football (soccer) a lot. I'm the fastest runner on my football team even though i'm overweight. I'm not sure what my target weight should be as BMI doesn't take muscle mass into account. Please give me some advice :)
