I have never been one to follow a diet such as atkins or south beach or what ever. I stand by the tried and true - eat less, eat healthy and exercise!
A couple of days ago my boyfriends mum gave me her Blood Type Diet book to read. I was ever the cynic but politely flicked through the pages!
I am a blood type A and I was really surprised to see that the diet that is recommended (mostly vegetarian, low dairy, not too much wheat) is what i've naturally gone for my whole life.
It was also quite funny to read about personality traits that are supposedly linked with blood type. It may have been a coincidence, but it got me and my boyfriend (he's type O) to a T!
So i'm just curious if anyone else has followed this, or simply read the book. I know the scientists regard it as a load of bull but actually surprised me a little!
