I sure don’t want to go to the doctor and am asking for an opinion.
First off, I am a big boned, (large frame), male, age 50, 5’7”, at 185 lbs. I have either walked for thirty minutes or used the Nordic Track Cross Country Skier for about twenty years. Before that I was a runner. The skier is way way more intense of a workout. I try to rotate them if not walk somewhat more. My blood pressure is usually around 115-118 over 72-77 with a resting pulse of 62 to 65.
Tonight I really tried to burn the Nordic Tack to the ground. I was exhausted after the workout. Around two hours after the workout I was curious about my blood pressure. Checking it five times came up with an average of 100 over 65 with my resting pulse still around 72. I don’t remember ever checking my BP a while after the workout and have certainly never seen a reading that low.
Would you be concerned?? , or Happy??
