I guess I can only hope you're not old enough to drive.
EasyE - you have always been adversarial to anything I have said to you. That's fine. We don't have to like each other or agree.
However, you DID ask for input.
It bothered you enough to bring it to the forum.
Blacking out is NOT normal. Yes, it happens, but it should not be taken lightly.
What is so wrong about talking to your parents or a doctor?
Nah i cant drive yet. Not that i would be in any danger if i could, as ive already said its never happened when sitting down.
I'm not disliking you or being adversarial. If you take the time to slowly read through the thread, you will see that i didnt once try to provoke a negative reaction from you or say anything negative towards you period.
I asked for input in the form of "why is this happening?" Not, "How do i stop this from happening?".
"So any ideas? Could it be my defecit is too much?"
"Could it be my defecit is too much" isnt a solution, its an idea of why it is happening. I dont know how to break it down more simply, but i never asked for solutions, just reasons.
I know blacking out is not normal, but it only started since increasing my exercise and/or being on a calorie defecit. Which concludes that its very likely just to be dehydration, i tend not to drink when doing cardio which isnt a good habit.
I remember asking my mum a while ago and she said its normal, everyone gets it sometimes.
If it gets worse even when drinking more, then i will be concerned. But this is just making a mountain out of a mole hill especially since ive already heard 2 cases of the exact same thing happening to different people in the space of a couple of hours since making the thread.
