Bit Of Guidance Needed

Let me get straight to the point,

I'm a 17 year old male, standing at 6'1" and weighing about 182lbs. I consider myself overweight and I would like to drop my excess weight then eventually tone up and gain a bit of size. I currently go to the gym twice a week (full body workout), but I plan on going to the gym on Monday, Wednesday & Friday during the summer. My main problem is my diet; I currently eat a lot of ready-made meals (oven pizza's, chicken nuggets etc) and have quite a limited taste. I have a history of sports, specifically tennis & football, so I think I'm reasonably strong (especially core strength); so I'm looking to shed the weight and get the six pack etc.

Now, what I need is a lot of nutritional guidance and a bit of workout guidance. So if any of you could help me with a suitable workout plan and maybe an idea of what I should be eating for the 6 small meals, at what times I should be eating them and the sizes of each meal.
