i have recently lost about 4 and a half stone my bmi is now at 19 my bodyfat is about 16percent (i'm female btw!) i am quite slim and do not want to fall into the underweight category anytime soon but i still have quite an awful jelly belly
i don't know what to do about this, i'm afraid to lose much more weight but my stomach is awful! can anyone explain how to tell between untoned muscle and fat as i think that hopefully would be the case (i'm vegetarian with a busy schedule so often hitting the gym and getting enough protein is hard).
any more ideas on what do? any good foods/exercises?
