Birthday Wish

Hi all......I have a birthday wish..I am hoping you can help me obtain. Today is exactly ONE month before my Birthday ( March 9th ) and my ultimate birthday wish is to be able to wear my Pre-pregnancy jeans. In all actuality I am only 6 lbs from pre prego weight. However, things ( fat) are in different places then before the baby. I am not sure if its not coming off in my tummy as easly because I had a c-section this time around, or if it is just age creaping up on me. My "baby" is now 2 yrs old, and I have been strugling to get back into those jeans for soooo long. so my goal is to loose 10 lbs this month and when I go out on my birthday wear my old jeans! I bought them just 3 months before I got pregnent....after losing weight I was so proud! then wouldntcha know......i grew out of them by the time I was 5 months along. wish me luck and keep me in check and thanks to all!

Where would I post that? I am very new here, and still trying to figure out exactly what I am doing and where I should post things. Thanks for the good luck...Hopefully it wont take luck....just a plan....motivation and determination:)

I did read a post that interested me....about the tredmill....is it benificial to walk for a certian amount of time, and then jog/sprint for a short period then walk again? I have a very hard time breathing and running for a long distance, but if i could do it in short intervals on and off through out a work out...I could do it.

Here is a rough draft of my plan ( wanna try it and see how it goes Maybe i need more/less )

Tredmill-1.5 miles a day
recumbant bike ( spelling ?) 20 mins a day
eliptical ( spelling?) 15 mins a day

Weights : 3 times a week ( will determine weight and reps ) I have a medical condition that can make weight lifting a little harder then normal..but going to do what I can.

this is my ideal plan for the 1st week or so...then mix it up a little and up the times and weight as I go.

On top of this...I am cutting out pop ( I drink only 2 a day as is...shouldnt be hard) Cutting down/out bread and upping the water intake to at least 8-8oz glasses a day.

any other suggestions would be terrific~

My "Plan"

Stats (age, height, weight, Body fat %)
32(in march) 215lbs bmi 31
-Diet (in detail meal to meal, overall daily caloric intake, ratios)
Keeping calorie intake to between 1300 and 1500
-Exercise routine in detail (cardio/weight training)
1.5 miles on tredmill-20 mins on recumbant bike-15 min on eliptic
going to try weight training ( as permitted )
-Clear reason and question for the post
-Current and overall goal
Ideal long term goal-165
Short term goal ( by may 2007 ) 180
-How long you have been doing what you are doing in diet and routine
I have been doing this on and off for the past 7 yrs...Lost 85 lbs about 5 yrs ago..then got married and had kids...took a break...now starting again this week.
-If you have any medical problems or injuries we should be aware of
Medical problems: RA in hands-missing a bone in my shoulder which makes my other bone sit on my rotator cuff ( this makes lifting weights very difficult). Other wize healthy
