Hi! I have been on a 500 calorie diet for the past year and today I ate 959 calories.. I'm so ashamed! I don't know what to do, if I should fast for a day, or work out for a long time but I can't handle the guilt.. How do I stay strong? I'm in desperate need! I feel like I failed! Should I eat less than 500 calories tomorrow to make up for it?
