premed, I'm a late starter, too! I actually tried to start last month but somhow managed to lose about two pounds instead of the planned 5ish. Oh well. Now I'm doing cardio, too, rather than all muscle work and tomorrow I'm going on a "if it don't come from an animal or from Mother Earth, don't eat it" diet, haha.
Hmm, lemme see, I'm 145/147 right now (just got my monthy gift :|) and would like to be... well, I have no idea, I just wanna look fantastic in a bikini! My ultimate goal is 115/120, though.
You know, I think I'm going to post a photo of me in a bikini right now-- kinda like a "before" pic. That way I can see how much (or how little) I improved, and I think it'll be more of a motivator for me.
