I mountain biked through the nearby state park today, through the trails and out to the ocean, for the 3rd time in a couple weeks. In this same time frame, I've also managed to quit smoking, and go back to eating whatever I want, and haven't gained back a pound yet! Exercise works! ( you may have to click the pics to enlarge)

A few months ago, I never would have fit through here on a bike!

I spent alot of time trying not to die, and this is where I stopped the bike and walked, the trail goes straight down and straight up, but you can't really tell in the pic:

Another thing you can't tell in this pic, this part of the trail is paved with sea-shells! Even though broken up into little bits and pieces by now:

An hour of sweat and hard work, and the ocean appears!
